Angela Mulkey, LMHC, Outpatient Director
Angela Mulkey has been the Outpatient Program Director for Child Guidance Center since January 2017. She joined the Center as an Outpatient therapist in 2002 and was promoted to Licensed Clinical Supervisor in 2008. She is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the staff in Outpatient. Angela is a qualified licensure supervisor and provides clinical supervision and support to mental health therapists new to the field. She feels honored and privileged to be doing the work that she loves, initially through direct care with clients and now through employee growth and development. Angela is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She received her Master of Counselor Education degree from the University of North Florida in 2001 after graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in psychology. She completed her clinical internships at Starting Point (formerly The Sutton Place) and Daniel Kids.
