Community Action Team (CAT)
This team of therapists, case managers, mentors, a nurse, and psychiatric staff provide wraparound services to high-risk youth and their families. The program aims to reduce out-of-home placement, such as juvenile detention and residential treatment.
Full Service Schools
FSS is designed to remove non-academic barriers to student success. Short-term counseling is provided at various schools around Jacksonville’s Southside. CARF-accredited services, including individual, family, and group sessions are provided.
Outpatient Services
Child Guidance Outpatient Services are available to children and families in Duval County and surrounding counties simply by making a telephone request for an intake or by completing a request for services form found on this website. CARF accredited Outpatient services include:

- Family Therapy
Rapid Response Program
The Rapid Response team consists of mental health professionals trained to intervene with children and adults during critical and emotionally taxing periods in which they present as a danger to themselves and/or others.
