Specialized Family Services

  • Community Family Services:  Provides in-home and on-site therapeutic services to children, adolescents and their families who are having serious emotional or behavioral problems in Clay and Duval County.
  • Crawford Early Learning Center at the Sulzbacher Village:  This program provides trauma informed infant mental health services to preschool children enrolled in the ELC.  Services are a collaboration with CGC therapists,  the early learning staff and the Florida Institute for Education.
  • Infant and Early Childhood Services: Services are provided to families with children under 6 who have been experiencing emotional and/or behavioral difficulties. Services include dyadic therapy with the primary caretaker and child, family therapy, individual therapy, play therapy and case management. The specific services and location of services are determined by the family’s needs. These services are provided in Clay and Duval Counties. Families can self-refer.
  • Integrated Practices Team:  This program is designed to keep families together through the collaboration of community partners and providers, all while ensuring child safety.
  • Family Preservation Team:  The Purpose of FPT is to provide funding to families that would normally have difficulties accessing needed services that would assist in maintaining the child’s placement within the home.
